- 500g Fresh Figs
- 250g Cheese, cubed/crumbled
- Balsamic Vinegar or Nar Ekşisi Sosu (Sour pomegranate sauce)
- Wash the figs then slice into quarters (or smaller if you prefer).
- Place them on a plate then scatter the cheese on top.
- Lightly drizzle with balsamic vinegar, or nar, just before serving, and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
